You acknowledge that your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. StackOrbitAI is not responsible for the availability, security, or changes made by third-party providers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services, including source code, website designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are proprietary to StackOrbitAI. You retain full ownership of all business data and content processed through your automated workflows.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StackOrbitAI disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or third-party API rate limits.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
